New Chapter Request Guidelines

NRRR 11.2 - All New Chapters must have at least ten (10) members to be considered an “OFFICIAL” RR Chapter. Of those ten (10) Members, three (3) will need to be core board members (President, Sgt@Arms, and Treasurer). You must be at a *reasonable distance from any other existing Chapter. In the case of a New Chapter developing from an existing Chapter’s membership, a vote for the governing body will be held by the membership of the existing Chapter. The State and/or Sovereign State (Country), International Representative will govern the vote and/or appointed with oversight from The National Board. To ensure the new Chapter is given a fair and impartial election for the governing body.

State and/or Sovereign State (Country), International Representative can NOT solicit members from an existing Chapter to start New Chapters without the President of such Chapter(s) explicit consent and approval through The National Board.

 *Reasonable Distance – The term Reasonable Distance will be addressed on a case by case basis and approved by The CEO!

 **The Executive Offices will have the final say on All Chapter Approvals or Denials.
